Are you elderly or disabled looking for a disability friendly holiday in North Wales - how about a holiday with a difference - your holiday starts from being picked up at your front door and ends when you return home (optional).

We are a family run business based in Conwy North Wales, I’m Trudy and my husband is Alan. We started running disability friendly holidays for the elderly and disabled more than 20 years ago when we were based in Anglesey. As demand grew from our existing guests we soon out grew our premises and purchased Park Hall an 11 bedroom hotel based in Conwy.

When we first moved to Park Hall, we needed to make some alterations to make it more disability friendly for our guests; these have included a large sun lounge, ground floor bedrooms, disabled bathrooms, wet rooms and wheelchair lift. We hope the alterations will make your stay a more pleasant and relaxing one, as well as more accessible for all your needs.

Your holiday starts when you are picked up from your front door on the Sunday morning or early afternoon ( optional ). This is so you do not have to manage with your luggage on public transport. When you arrive at the hotel, the rest of the day is at your leisure for you to get the feel of the place and settle in. We want you to feel right at home with us. Evening meal will be served and you can then retire to the bar/lounge or just have a relaxing evening watching television. You will also have the opportunity to meet everyone else.

Day trips to disability friendly locations have been arranged for you during the rest of your stay, these include sightseeing tip to take advantage of the spectacular scenery North Wales has to offer and shopping at one of our local markets. If you would prefer to stay indoors then that is no problem at all. It is after all your holiday and you are here to do whatever takes your fancy.

We try to cover all your needs for a holiday you will remember and hopefully return to us again and again. All you have to remember is anything you need...just ask.
